The Sihanoukville Factory, the key facility for POWER TOBACCO spans an impressive 120,000 ㎡, with its workshops alone covering more than 20,000㎡. This entire plant is designed for maximum efficiency with a closed-loop production flow. Raw materials seamlessly transition from the warehouse into the production workshop, and finished products move directly into the completed goods warehouse. The connection between the raw material warehouse and the silk-making workshop is particularly vital: here, dedicated warehouse staff meticulously prepare tobacco leaf blends according to precise formulas provided by the product technology department, ensuring a consistent and high-quality start to every batch before it enters the silk workshop.

Moving Forward With Precision And Capacity

The coiling workshop has two sets of coarse and fine ends. The theoretical capacity of the coarse coiling machine is 7,000 pcs/min (20 cigarettes/box), the actual capacity is 6,000 pcs/min; the theoretical capacity of the fine coiling machine is 6,000 pcs/min , The actual production capacity is 5,000 pcs/min.
This setup ensures both high volume and precise handling of cigarette components.

True cigar artistry is revealed in our proprietary curing, fermentation and aging process that takes place in our Sihanoukville factory. Our premium cigar brands are products born from the integration of traditional handmade cigar fermentation techniques with modern production precision. This fusion results in a unique smoking experience that delivers both rich, complex aroma of a fine cigar and a smooth, mellow taste that is appealing to discerning cigar connoisseurs and afficionados.

Enhanced Tobacco Processing
Our "silk workshop" is the primary processing department is where raw tobacco leaves are transformed into the finely prepared cut tobacco ready for cigarette production. This meticulous process ensures optimal quality, flavor, and consistency:
Leaf Preparation & Conditioning:
Leaf Spreading Table: Tobacco leaves are initially spread out, preparing them for the conditioning process.
Leaf Moisturizer: Leaves pass through a specialized moisturizer that loosens their structure and enhances their resistance to further processing, significantly reducing breakage during subsequent steps.
Flavor & Fragrance Feeder: At this crucial stage, initial flavors and fragrances are precisely added to the leaves.
Leaf Storage Cabinet: The flavored leaves are then stored for at least 4 hours. This allows for full and even absorption of the added liquids, deeply infusing the tobacco with its intended characteristics.
Shredding & Expansion:
Shredder (First Stage): The conditioned leaves are then fed into the first shredder, cutting them into initial strips.HT Heating & Humidification Equipment: The shredded tobacco moves to HT (High Temperature) equipment, which carefully increases both its humidity and temperature. This prepares the tobacco for expansion.
Shredder (Expansion & Drying): The tobacco enters a second shredder which not only dries the shredded tobacco to meet precise moisture standards but also expands it. This expansion is vital as it improves the tobacco's filling power, which can help reduce tar content and overall harm in the final product.
Cooling, Cleaning & Final Flavoring:
Winnowing: The processed tobacco is then winnowed to cool and shape it, simultaneously removing any remaining stalks, ensuring a clean and consistent product.
Flavoring Machine: A final layer of fragrance is applied to the surface of the tobacco, enhancing its aromatic profile.
Storage Cabinet: The tobacco is stored once more to allow for complete absorption of the surface flavor, locking in the desired aroma.
Seamless Transition to Cigarette Production:
The prepared cut tobacco (silk) is then seamlessly transferred from the silk storage room to the wrapping workshop. Through an efficient suction molding system, the shredded tobacco is directly blown from the shredder cabinet to the cigarette-making machines.
Packaging & Distribution:
From the cigarette-making machines, cigarettes proceed to the small box packaging machine. These individual packs are then grouped and bundled by the strip packaging machine. The entire production process concludes with the final strip packages being expertly boxed and moved into storage, ready for distribution.
Advanced Tobacco Processing with Hauni Technology
Our commitment to superior tobacco products begins in the silk-making workshop, where we leverage cutting-edge technology from Germany's Hauni company. As the foundational company of the Körber Group, Hauni is a globally recognized leader in machinery manufacturing technology for the tobacco industry, renowned for its precision and reliability.
Our silk production line is a testament to this advanced engineering, boasting an impressive capacity of 1,600 kg per hour. To put this into perspective, that's enough shredded tobacco for roughly 160,000 cigarettes every hour (assuming 10g of tobacco per cigarette).
Efficiency and continuous flow are central to our design. Each of our four-leaf storage cabinets can hold 1,600 kg of tobacco, providing ample buffer capacity. This significantly alleviates pressure between different production stages, ensuring uninterrupted operation.
The entire silk production line utilizes a sophisticated belt conveying system. As the tobacco moves along the belts, it undergoes critical quality control processes, including metal removal and wind screening. These steps are vital for ensuring the tobacco meets our stringent technical specifications and delivers a consistent, high-quality product.

Strategic Partnerships with China's Leading Duty-Free Groups

Power Cigar Tobacco has established key partnerships with three major duty-free groups in China: 
China Duty Free Group (CDFG), Shenzhen Duty-Free Group, and Zhuhai Duty-Free Group. 
These collaborations ensure broad market reach across vital travel hubs and border regions.

China Duty Free Group (CDFG)

CDFG's extensive network covers major domestic airports like Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Chengdu, Hangzhou, and Hong Kong, alongside international hubs in Singapore and Cambodia. They also operate at significant domestic border crossings and within Hainan, including the prominent Sanya and Haikou International Duty-Free Shopping Complexes.

Shenzhen Duty-Free Group

This group maintains a strong presence at eight Shenzhen ports, including Luohu and Futian. Additionally, they manage nine off-site duty-free projects in key locations such as Haikou (Hainan), Xi’an Airport, and Guangzhou East Railway Station.
